Adoptable Cats&Dogs

When adopting a kitten – Kittens are adopted with a spay/neuter contract. The state of Iowa requires ALL animals leaving our facility be spayed/neutered prior to adoption OR when appropriately aged. We will give you an "earliest" spay/neuter date and a spay/neuter deadline. We require a $100 deposit in the form of a check you write to us. This check goes on file ONLY and is not cashed unless you do not meet the contract agreement. You are responsible for scheduling and paying for your new kitten's spay/neuter. You then agree to provide an invoice or certificate of spay/neuter to us. This can be sent via email: info@kossuthtailsofhope.com.

**Should you NOT meet the contract agreement, we will reclaim your kitten and cash your deposit check.

ANOTHER benefit of adopting from us: : Your rescue will be fitted with a microchip. This microchip includes FREE lifetime registration.

Each rescue has his or her unique personality. We try very hard to learn about personalities of the animals in our care so we can match each family with their forever pet.

Our adoption fee is $100.
