Tails of Hope Rescue seeks responsible pet owners for our animals. Owners need to fulfill emotional, physical, veterinary and safety needs of their pets. Adopters must be at least 18 years old.

By signing this application the applicant(s) gives permission for Tails of Hope to investigate any/all information provided by the applicant(s). Applicant(s) also give permission to inquire and obtain veterinary medical records for current and past pets. Furthermore, Tails of Hope will contact the current landlord for any dwelling they may rent to confirm permission for application to house an indoor pet. Tails of Hope reserves the right to deny any request to adopt a pet. Furthermore any misrepresentations made in the application may result in the applicant/adopter losing the privilege of adopting or keeping an adopted pet.

In the event we are unable to approve your application for adoption, we will not be disclose details of our decision.
